Engineered with ultra-tight thickness tolerances (as precise as ± 0.0005 mm), they ensure exceptional accuracy and repeatability. Available in four tolerance classes and featuring four surface finish options—from ground to mirror-polished, they deliver outstanding wear resistance and burr-free cutting on sheet metals ranging from 0.006mm up to 16mm (and in special cases even up to 40mm). Each knife is tailored with a finely tuned material and heat-treatment recipe to optimise toughness and longevity.
